The Tungsten E comes with a vinyl screen cover which wears out after 3 months of frequent use. Unfortunately, Palm does not make replacements available. The cases offered do not allow the Tungsten E to be placed into an hot-sync cradle for information updates for MercuryMD or Patient Keeper systems...
