The top of the dishwasher keeps popping off, the bottom rack does not load anything like the picture and it does not clean the dishes at all well. Awesome dishwasher until it broke just a few days after the one year warranty ended. The closest 3rd party repair person available didnt have the time to fix it for several weeks and the price to repair it was almost the original cost so I threw it in the trash...

ordered this and 1) it was HUGE, 2) it did not hook up to the sink well 3) its cheap and flimsy. i cant understand hwy its so expensive. it should be about 20 bux. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!..

Actually, I purchased my Haier Dishwasher in late Oct 2002, and since then it washed my dishes as good and in some cases even better than some of its larger counterparts. However, in the middle of February, the machine broke completely down on me, and I was forced to call Haier to repair my machine...

It gets the job done, but is so sensitive and flimsy that the wash load is thrown off balance in EVERY spin cycle.
