This one came with my real estate class. It is an excellent and very informative book. However- many terms in the book have the Spanish word next to it. Examples:

This is the 5th r.e. book on investing Ive read. But it was the first one to recognize that were no longer living in the 1980s or even the early 90s. Sorry folks you cant buy foreclosures at pennies on the dollar. You cant find "motivated" sellers who will let you steal their properties for 60 cents..
