I just set up my new Bionaire 1300 Air Cleaner, and so far so good! One thing I was concerned about when making my purchase was the noise level of the unit. Happy to report that even on the highest fan setting it is relatively quiet! One problem, though minor, the remote control seems a little buggy..

Living in a dusty old dorm room, I decided to get an ionic breeze (2).This unit picks up a LOT of dust. Cleaning it takes maybe 2 minutes tops. To whomever is cleaning the plastic strips on the bottom, I really dont see the need to "clean" them to the point where they fall off. They dont pick up ..
