The book was great for specs, but there are no troubleshooting tips, especially for the fuel injection system. It was not as helpful as I thought it would be. I suggest the Bentley shop manual. More money, but well worth it...

This is a great book for the Do-it your self, back yard, VW mechanic. Information is easy to find and easy to use. This book has full wiring diagrams. They were color coded at one time, but the black and white version is still quite useful. I find this book has much more info than the Chilton repair..

Anyone who owns this car should own this manual regardless of price (yes, I wish it were cheaper too!)but if you value your Corrado and plan on keeping it for a long time like I am, I suggest buying it. about a third of the book is devoted to modification and not restoration.
there is no continuity of the restoration process, just various articles on various projects on various years of how to do various repairs...

While both Clymer and Hayes publish what could be described as an adequate service manual, the Bently service manual is definitive! Bently has an obviously close relationship with VW and it shows. At 500 pages Bently covers all permutations. When compared to the others, it may be twice the price but..
