This book is SO much more accessible than the Bradley book which we used for our childbirth class. I wish I had had it before having two babies! This is quite an informative book on a number of topics, from drug addiction to heart disease to sexuality. My only complaint is the emphasis placed on "spirituality" which seems to be another word for religion. The writer seems to be implying that anyone who is not religious cannot be "healthy," wi..
