I found this book very informative and an easy read. Dr. Hebers LA Shape Diet is proven within his scientific research and his patients results. I had started a program similar to what he suggests at the beginning of March by consuming 100 grams of protein each day, except I have not been exercising

THE LA DIET?? Puleeeze!!!!! Whats next, the Flushing Diet? The Bronx Diet? The China Town Diet? These books only make people fat. Diet boloney!

I guarantee you; the same fatties that will be on this diet will be on a different diet next year. A new fad diet.
