The right dressing-table necessities are essential for any young princess, and nothing more so that a sterling silver brush-and-comb set. This one almost gets it right, but not entirely. The brush is oval-shaped with a beaded border; although pretty, and with long soft bristles for babys fine hair, its hard for an adult to manipulate because the handle--at 3 inches--is so short and narrow. Thus it may not get used much until Her Royal Highness is old enough to take an interest in her own grooming. The comb is the real disappointment: theres just no hiding the fact that its really a white plastic comb with a piece of sterling tacked on along the spine.
