The information is presented in a sequential format and is easily understood until the last couple of paragraphs of each case where the authors give their opinion of the courts ruling. It is difficult to understand what the courts actually decided. I often found myself wishing there would be a simple statement giving the final verdict. It is a good read until the ambiguous verdict, than frustration sets in.
