I started Weight Watchers about 6 months ago and with the help of the points system and this excellent cookbook, I have lost about 30 lbs. As a mom with a young child, I need recipes that are quick and easy, and especially tasty for my husband and son. I have yet to make a dish from this cookbook that doesnt get rave reviews. They usually dont even know its a "low fat" recipe!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for healthier eating regardless of your cooking skills, the recipes are easy to follow and there are great color pictures.
