I bought 15-Minute Low-Carb Recipes because I adore 500 Low-Carb Recipes, and couldnt wait to try the new book. Its fantastic. It truly is about quick food. Each recipe takes 15 minutes or less in pre- and post-cooking preparation time. In fact, if the recipe is a cook-it-right-now one (as opposed to a slow-cooker recipe), the whole thing is 15 minutes or less. Plus, every recipe Ive tried has been wonderful. What more could you want? Oh, yes--the recipes are also low carb! Im happy. Im very, very happy.
