The fourth edition now has second color for ease of reading.The technique portion has been expanded to include supplemental ones.Also expanded are the local and systemic complications. Questions concerning LA are also useful for both students and dental professionals. Very useful refernce text for my CE courses, as well when needing a refernce chairside when I have difficulities.
