Maybe this book would get more than one star if it had been titled "How I Learned To Cope With Hair Loss". Beating hair loss in the title means dealing psychologically with losing your hair. Thats it! And you can get the gist of the book just skimming through it in a few minutes.

Maybe this is a good book with helpful ideas, maybe not. Regardless, I would have appreciated knowing what the book was about before throwing away $14.
